Cat Comes Home With A Funny Secret Note Attached To His Collar

Meet Rex Manning, an adorable, cat who was rescued by his owner, Emily Crane. She saved him when he was a kitten.

Seeing Rex return home from one of his adventures, Crane noticed something affixed to his collar: a note.
