Hero Volunteer Saves 6 Trapped Dogs During Hurricane Florence

A heartwarming video posted on Sunday by journalist Marcus DiPaola shows a volunteer freeing six frightened dogs locked in an outdoor cage in Leland, North Carolina, as floodwaters rise.

Rescued six dogs in Leland, NC, after the owner LEFT THEM locked in an outdoor cage that filled with flood water that was rapidly rising.
