In a proactive attempt to raise money for school clothes, Jaequan Faulkner started selling hot dogs and snacks outside his home. When police were called after someone complained about the 13-year-old running a business without a license, they worked with the Minneapolis Health Department to get Faulkner a permit so he could keep running his business.
